Santa Cruz Burger Week Returns for Feb. 19-25, 2020

Seven days of burger love returns for a fourth year in a row! Santa Cruz Restaurant Week and Good Times are pleased to announce Santa Cruz Burger Week. This sister event of Santa Cruz Restaurant Week, the city’s annual fine dining event, continues to add new participants each year.

Santa Cruz Burger Week runs Feb. 19-25 this year and is modeled after other popular Burger Weeks that happen nationwide.

The Burger Week concept is simple: Each participating restaurant may offer one or more specially priced burgers but will feature one at either $8, $10 or $12 that is an especially good value. It may be à la carte or include sides, but the whole point is that it offers an opportunity for local chefs to introduce a new burger or highlight their most popular burgers. Burgers may be beef, chicken, lamb, fish, portobello, vegetarian, vegan—or whatever a chef might invent. This is Santa Cruz, after all, so people tend to be creative!

Beyond the delicious dishes, this event shines a spotlight on the local food culture in Santa Cruz County, allowing restaurateurs and chefs to showcase their individuality and creative talents.
