Has it really been a year since Santa Cruz Restaurant Week encouraged loads of locals to go out to dinner as if it was their last chance to dine in a restaurant? At first glance it might not seem like such a big deal: a fixed-price menu. But it is! Our local chefs — the pride of the Santa Cruz food community — go all out to create an experience that showcases their house specialties and local produce at a value that rocks.
